Order Cut-Off Time
All orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (USA) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will prepare your items for shipment.
Processing time typically takes:
1–3 business days
Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Transit Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes:
5–7 business days
Transit times may vary depending on carrier volume, weather conditions, and your delivery location.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Processing Time + Transit Time = 6–10 business days

We currently ship to:
United States (All 50 states)
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Fees
Free shipping is offered on all orders over $100.
For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated based on current carrier rates.
Exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order being processed, please contact us.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before submitting your order.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
- We are not able to modify the address once an order has been shipped.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

- Carrier delays
- High-volume seasons
- Unforeseen logistical issues
Wetexmp is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located:
- Please check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Contact the carrier directly for immediate support.
- If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we will assist in filing a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
