Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
All return requests must be submitted within this time frame to qualify.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • New
  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In its original condition and packaging

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos showing the product’s condition (if needed)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label by email.
Please download and print the label, attach it to your package, and ship the item back to us.

After the item is in transit, we will inform you of the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning a product for personal reasons (change of mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer needed), the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Wetexmp covers the return shipping cost in full.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within:

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for non-defective items.
Exchanges are only provided if you received a defective or incorrect product.
